Good to Know
What's included?
Everything except the room. Our chefs arrive with all ingredients, preparation tools, and tableware, prepare everything on-site, serve throughout the event, and leave your kitchen as clean as we found it. Your omakase menu is confirmed by WhatsApp before the event.
What do we need to provide?
Very little: a clean working surface, basic lighting, and running water. If your villa has gated access or limited parking, just let us know in advance so our team arrives smoothly.
How does the evening run?
Our team arrives 45–60 minutes before service to set up and prepare. Then the counter comes to life in your space — every course prepared and plated in front of you.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — allergies, vegetarian, no raw fish, and more. Tell us at least 24 hours before the event so the chefs can prepare accordingly.
How many guests can join?
From 2 guests. For groups larger than 14, ask us about a Closed Doors buyout of the restaurant instead — sometimes the counter coming to you is best, and sometimes the whole restaurant becoming yours is better.
How far ahead should we book?
Two days ahead lets us plan properly — but send us a same-day or next-day request and we'll do our best to make it happen.
What does the sake pairing include?
Five servings across the meal, chosen to move with your menu — $71 per person, upon request.
What's the cancellation and payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance and the balance is never charged; within 24 hours or for no-shows, the experience is charged in full. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service. Depending on location and number of guests, a travel fee may apply — we'll confirm it with your quote.
