What's included when we book Closed Doors?
Exclusive use of Yasumi for the evening — the full restaurant is yours from 6 to 10 PM. Your quote includes the complete Yasumi menu for your group plus wine, beer, and sake service throughout the night. Price starts at $1,800 and the final quote depends on number of guests, menu, and drink selections.
How many guests can you host?
Up to 16 guests, with 12 seated at the bar and standing room for the rest. For groups larger than 16, tell us your group size in the enquiry form's Special Requests and we'll build a custom quote.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Custom menus are available upon request — tell us about dietary needs, allergies, or specific preferences when you enquire and our chefs will build a menu around your group.
What about drinks?
Wine, beer, and sake service are included throughout the evening. If you'd like something beyond that, mention it in your enquiry and we'll accommodate what we can.
How far in advance should we book?
Closed Doors evenings require advance booking. The sooner the better — dates fill quickly around holidays and high season. Enquire with your preferred date and we'll confirm availability.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit confirms your booking and secures the full restaurant for your night — it's non-refundable. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and no further balance is charged. Within 48 hours, same-day, or no-show, the experience is charged in full.
